Hello, my name is Amélie Morison

I am a French private chef based in North Vancouver, BC, Canada. After living in Paris for several years, I recently moved to Vancouver.

My cuisine was born from a simple intention: to care for others gently, through food.

Trained in nutrition and guided by the rhythm of the seasons, I create healthy, artistic, and deeply nourishing meals, dishes that do good, without ever compromising on taste.

I come to your home to help you eat better, using ingredients selected for their quality, freshness, and impact.

My approach is both sensory and mindful: it connects pleasure, health, and balance.

Over the course of my journey, I have expanded my skills to offer a cuisine tailored to each individual: healthy, anti-inflammatory, nutrient-dense, vegetarian, vegan, raw, or classic, with special attention to allergies and intolerances.

Because eating well is already the first step toward feeling better.

My Approach

I believe in an intuitive, living cuisine that is deeply rooted in reality.

Each menu I create begins with listening: to your needs, your tastes, and your lifestyle. I combine high culinary standards with nutritional balance, in a constant search for harmony and emotion.

I work with seasonal produce, paying close attention to quality, origin, and the most respectful way of transforming ingredients.

Whether vegetarian, vegan, anti-inflammatory, or more traditional, my cooking always carries the same intention: to nourish the body, support well-being, and awaken the senses, gently, and always with meaning.

Health

I design each plate as a support for overall well-being.

I draw on holistic nutrition principles to create cuisine that is both nourishing, easy to digest, and adapted to specific needs: anti-inflammatory, gluten-free, lactose-free, low in sugar, or rich in healthy fats, always in respect of your body. My goal is not to restrict, but to restore balance. Eating better means regaining energy, easing discomfort, calming inflammation, and gently supporting prevention. It is also about reconnecting with your own rhythm and adopting a more mindful way of eating.

Pleasure

Because health does not exclude pleasure, it invites it.

I create dishes that comfort, surprise, and delight. Combinations of textures, colors, and aromas that make you want to sit down, savour, and slow down.

Here, there are no compromises: you can take care of yourself without giving up indulgence. A vibrant, flavourful, and soulful cuisine for the body, the heart, and the senses.
